What is your licensing and insurance coverage?
We are fully licensed with the NCUC and DOT and carry workers’ compensation, cargo, and warehouse insurance. Customers also have the option to choose their preferred protection coverage for each move.
Can you provide a detailed, written estimate?
Yes, we provide a detailed estimate, which can be either binding or non-binding.
What is included in the estimated price?
What an estimate includes depends on the customers needs and requests. Do they want us to pack or will they pack boxes themselves? Do they need additional services? Extra stops, specialty crating, full protection coverage, etc. This is the reason we schedule free in-home estimates so we can estimate accurately and based on customers needs.
Do you offer full-service packing, or do I need to pack myself?
Yes, we offer full service packing.
What is your claims process if something is damaged or lost?
If an item is damaged or lost, customers have up to nine months to file a claim. All claims are handled in-house and processed based on the level of coverage chosen—either basic or full protection coverage.
What are your payment terms and accepted methods of payment?
Most payment terms are COD by credit card or check.
What is your availability on my desired moving dates?
Moving dates are subject to availability based on our current schedule. Customers should check with their sales representative for available dates.

What is your cancellation policy?
