Efficient, Courteous and Careful!
I think it is important that you hear about our experiences with both the storage and move this past weekend. The two gentlemen who handled our furniture treated each piece as though it was their own. They were efficient, courteous and careful. Regarding the couple of times changes had to be made to accommodate furniture placement, they were very gracious and willing. While moving isn’t particularly high on my list of things to do, I look forward to the move into our new home in late summer since it will involve using your company again, and hopefully with the same people who made our experience with Steele & Vaughn a positive one.

I was thrilled with the service we received from Brian, Kenneth and David today loading the truck in Asheboro and unloading at two locations in Greensboro. They were very professional, efficient and so very careful with all of Mom’s possessions, including the Grandfather clock that our Dad got as a retirement gift after working for 40 years at Union Carbide. As I said on the phone they really represented your company well today and I will certainly recommend your company based on the extremely positive experience we had today. Christie and David were just as professional and did a fantastic job packing the house on Wednesday. Again, outstanding effort !!

They were wonderfully kind and respectful to me. And they treated my furniture like every piece was a precious antique. They were incredibly gentle with all of my pieces of furniture and boxes…..not just the ones that were fragile. I love the way they work together and their comraderie. Just a great experience.

Good Morning Bryan, I wanted to email regarding our recent move. The guys that were sent over to help (3 on Sat and 4 on Sunday) were great. They were helpful, polite and all around very pleasant to be around during a stressful couple of days. We really appreciate you sending them to help and we are excited to be in our new home. Hi Bryan… I just wanted to take a minute and tell you what a great job that you, Dale and James did on moving my Mom from Burlington, NC to Virginia. It could not have gone any better than it did… from the start to the finish. We were so grateful for your professionalism and understanding of how stressful a move can be on everyone and especially our 80 plus year old Mothers. Without a Hitch
Bryan, Just wanted you to know that Dale was excellent with our move today as well as loading up on Friday. He was energetic, kind, compassionate, and very good to work with. While the others did as well, Eugene and Dale both went the extra mile to make sure our move was without a hitch. Dale even hauled off some empty boxes for us as well as a mattress that we no longer needed.Thank you for working with us re the weather. If the guys hadn’t packed us up on Wednesday, we would not have made our closing. And we did close on Friday.
